I’m hoping there’s a Chef or some other Guru out there who can tell me where the best olive oil comes from. I love to use olive oil in my cooking and recipes and I catch myself often wondering where the best olive oil comes from. I mainly use olive oil from Italy and California. But I have tried olive oil from Greece (good) and Spain (average). I understand that the climate and weather greatly affects the quality of the olive oil and I’m sure the taste of the olives could change from year to year depending on the amount of rainfall. So if any of you olive oil lovers are out there and think you know where the best oil comes from, please drop me a line and let me know.
