A slipper boot is just what is sounds like. It is a combination of a slipper and a boot. This is a warm, fuzzy, comfortable shoe that can be pulled on easily and goes up over the ankle and has a rather sturdy sole. You get the best of both types of shoes wrapped up into one. The height of the part that comes up over the ankle varies with every pair. Some barely come much higher than the ankle while others can come up as high as right below the knee. Of course, the higher the boot part the harder the shoe is to get on usually. This is true to some extent, but because of the soft flexible material that boot slippers are made out of, they can pull easily and make it easier to get the footwear on.
