Squirrels Are Everywhere

by admin on October 9, 2009

My friend recently had a problem with squirrels in her attic. Besides making scratching sounds all day long they decided to nest in the air conditioning ducts, creating about 5000 dollars worth of damage and a lot of hassles and undue stress. Ever since then I have been vigilante about keeping an eye on my own home and the squirells in the neighborhood. I recently saw a squirrel walk across the power line onto my roof and then head straight for the chimney. I knew my chimney was capped and water and small animals were blocked from entering while the smoke could still escape. Chimney caps protect your home and your fireplace. If you don’t have a cap or you think yours may be damaged please have a professional look at it.
