Things I need to go to the gym.
Gym membership card, attached to the key ring for the other car ![]()
Gym clothes that consist of cross training shoes, shorty socks, gym shorts, t-shirt.
Toiletries for deodorant, shampoo, soap, hair brush, etc.
Gym bag to carry all of the above.
Things to do at the gym include:
Warm up stretching, 10 minutes of cardio, weight lifting circuit for 10 stations, warm down cardio, 30 minutes, warm down stretches.
One of the cooler things I can do at my gym is to bring in a DVD and give it to the front desk. The folks there load it into a dvd player. When I am on the treadmills, there is an option to watch my very own movie. I think this is super cool and I find it a good way to get through the cardio part of my workout.
