Bamboo Laminate Flooring Is Easy

by on October 13, 2009

So, your looking for a new flooring for a low traffic area in your house, and your not sure what would be worth using.  Your thinking you like real hardwood, but assume that it’s just a bit too expensive.  So your considering laminate flooring.  There are several different kinds to try out, but have you ever given a though to bamboo laminate flooring?  There are a number of benefits to using bamboo as your new flooring choice, and none of them have to do with the resilience and look of the flooring itself.  Which is pretty darn good in my opinion.  First of all, you may not realize this, but bamboo is not considered a tree, but a grass.  They may scare you off a bit, go to your local flooring store, and give some a try. It’s pretty durable stuff.  The other nice thing about bamboo, is it is a self renewing resource.  It grows a whole lot faster than trees, so choosing bamboo is actually a better choice for your flooring from a healthy planet perspective.
